Lauren is a visionary and committed to fostering positive change in the lives of individuals, families, and organizations. With a rich background Social Work, she has excelled in capacities including child welfare, community mental health, private practice, executive leadership, and higher education.
Currently completing her doctoral degree in Behavioral Health, Lauren leverages her administrative and clinical expertise to advance human services organizations. She is also a co-owner of Paradigm Integrated Behavioral Health & Wellness Group, a Maryland-based group practice that provides therapy and holistic services to individuals and families. Lauren specializes in trauma-informed care, integrating this approach into all aspects of her work. She holds professional licensure in both Maryland and North Carolina.

Deeply passionate about the Social Work profession, Lauren is dedicated to reshaping the narrative surrounding the field and elevating the career trajectories of emerging social work leaders. Her commitment drives her endeavors, as she strives to be an agent of transformation and a standard of excellence. Lauren aims to leave a lasting imprint of inspiration and empowerment on those she serves.
