Need Supervision?

The social work field is exciting and rewarding. However, it requires sound clinical judgement, consistent guidance, and a process to help Social Workers navigate through the many nuances that this field can present. The actual application of practice is not always black and white. Social Workers deserve and are required to have clinical oversight, not only to obtain clinical hours, but as an integral part of professional growth and development. During the clinical supervision process, Social Workers are able to get the support needed to enhance their skills, knowledge and wisdom in the field. In addition, the clinical supervision process should be a safe space for Social Workers to be authentic, vulnerable, open, and reflective. It is my goal to help Social Workers navigate the complexities in the field and grow as well-rounded professionals.

I offer an authentic clinical supervision experience for Maryland LMSWs, North Carolina LCSWAs working toward advanced licensure, and case consultations for LCSW-C's in private practice needing guidance for clinical matters.
